The Balloon Project, masterminded by Ira Mowen & Luca Antonucci, was a video production experience like never before. With a team of artists, balloon fanatics, runners, bikers & cameramen we launched this edition of the project in Amsterdam and at the legandary Lowlands Festival in 2008.
